When do we receive the camera?

I ship the camera & film around 10-14 days prior to your event date. If you anticipate shipping taking longer than expected (holiday season, remote address, etc.) please let me know.

How should we mail it back?

I will provide a return shipping label in your package. Please keep the original box as the label is for the size & weight of it.

How long until we receive our video?

As soon as I get the camera & film back from you I ship the film out to the lab, it can take them up to 4 weeks to get the digital files to me, and then please allow another 1-2 weeks for me to get your video to you. In most cases you can expect to have your video 4-6 weeks after you ship the camera.

What if the camera breaks?

First off, every camera is tested before being shipped. But these are authentic, vintage super 8 cameras and they are susceptible to breaking at any random moment. Due to that fact, every rental includes two cameras so that you can film with piece of mind.

If both were to break or any other factor outside your controls messes up the filming I will provide a full refund.

Is there any audio recorded?

Unfortunately due to being real film, these cameras do not record audio. Upon special request I can add other forms of audio to your video. I have had couples send me messages from their audio guestbooks or you can even record vows into a phone voice memo!

Can we pick our own music?

Absolutely! I welcome any song requests, and if you don’t send any I will likely gravitate towards something older & ‘weddingy’.

Do we get revisions?

I include one round of revisions with every rental.
